How we rank
A rip site, or online pack-opening site, sells digital packs backed by real cards or items. You open a pack online, see what you pulled, and then sell it back to the site, list it, keep it in a vault or have it shipped. This page ranks the US rip sites we cover by five weighted parts: pull value, buyback and fees, transparency, shipping and support, and promos. Each ranking position has a fixed score out of 10, from 9.9 for #1 down.
How do the sites differ?
| Site | What you pull | How you can check draws | How you cash out |
|---|---|---|---|
| Courtyard | One PSA, CGC or BGS slab per pack, tokenized on Polygon | No odds or provably fair scheme in its terms | USDC |
| Arena Club | One graded slab per pack, including in-house AC slabs | Published checklist with per-card hit rates | Bank account via Stripe |
| Phygitals | Vaulted cards, tokenized on Solana | Provably fair commit-reveal draws | Bank transfer or crypto |
| PackDraw | A random item from a mixed pool | Provably fair seeds, no third-party audit | Crypto |
| Rip.fun | Raw Pokémon cards from real sealed packs | Video of the pack opening | Not documented |
| LastPack | One card per pack, raw or graded, from its California warehouse | Odds by rarity before you buy, plus provably fair draws | USDC to a Solana wallet |
| MNSTR | One PSA, CGC or BGS slab per pack, recorded on MegaETH | Odds and value bands per pack; no provably fair check | Crypto only |
| ClutchPacks | One card per pack, tokenized on Polygon | Full checklist, tier odds and public pull statistics | Withdrawal via Coinflow; USDC reported |
| GotYa | One graded Pokémon or One Piece card per pack | Odds and expected value on every pack | Bank transfer |
| BOXED | A random card or item from a gem-priced box | Full drop table, plus provably fair draws | Card value as ETH after ID checks |
| PullBox | A random card or sealed item from a coin-priced box | Odds for every prize, plus provably fair draws | No cash-out; cards ship only |
How should you choose a rip site?
- Check you can use it. Read the site’s terms for your state and age. PackDraw’s terms reportedly list the whole US as restricted, ClutchPacks doesn’t publish the regions it serves, and BOXED is not available in Michigan, Washington, Louisiana or South Carolina.
- Compare the buyback, not just the rate. Look at the window and who sets the value. Our buyback rates comparison covers the details.
- Look for odds or a way to verify draws. A published checklist or a provably fair draw you can check tells you more than a pack name.
- Price the exit. Factor in shipping, retrieval and marketplace fees, and how you get paid. PullBox has no cash-out at all, and LastPack and MNSTR pay out in crypto only.
- Set a budget. The card you pull can be worth less than the pack. Our guide on whether pack openings are worth it explains expected value.

FAQ
Are online pack-opening sites legal in the US?
Most of the sites we rank do not name any restricted US states in their terms. PackDraw's own terms reportedly list the United States as a restricted country, and BOXED is not available in Michigan, Washington, Louisiana or South Carolina. ClutchPacks refers to eligible regions without listing them, and Rip.fun's terms page could not be reached when we checked, so check each site's terms and our review before you sign up.
Can I get the physical cards I pull?
Yes. Every site we rank lets you ship or redeem pulled cards, but fees and processing times differ. Courtyard, Arena Club, Phygitals, Rip.fun, MNSTR, ClutchPacks, GotYa and BOXED hold cards until you ask for them. LastPack sells unshipped cards back after seven days, and PullBox turns them into coin vouchers after 30 to 60 days.
What is buyback?
Buyback is an offer from the site to buy a card you pulled for a share of the value it assigns to that card, usually credited to your balance. Rates, time windows and whose valuation is used differ by site.
Do I need crypto to use a rip site?
Not always. Arena Club and GotYa take cards and pay out to your bank. Courtyard, Phygitals, LastPack, MNSTR and ClutchPacks take cards but pay out in crypto or run on blockchains, and PackDraw and Rip.fun are built mainly around crypto. BOXED pays out card value only as ETH, and PullBox has no cash-out at all.
Which site gives the best value per pack?
We don't make that claim from anecdotes. Pull value is 30% of the weighted total that sets our ranking, and it comes from our rip log, which our team enters with proof, and we only publish a site's expected value once it has at least 10 logged rips.
How often do you update the rankings?
Every fact and offer shows the date we last checked it. Anything not checked in 30 days is flagged for a re-check, and we update a site's facts and score when it changes its buyback, fees, odds disclosure or offers.
