What can we help with?

• Corrections: a fact on our site is wrong or out of date, such as a buyback rate, fee, pack price, age rule or restricted state.
• Site suggestions: a pack-opening site you’d like us to review.
• Questions about our method: how we score and rank sites. Our how we rank page may already answer it.
• Business inquiries: affiliate partnerships and press. Partnerships never affect scores or rankings.
• Privacy requests: questions about the information described in our privacy policy.

How do you report an error?

A good correction helps us fix the page quickly. Please include:

1. the page address on RipsWorld
2. the fact that is wrong, and what you believe is correct
3. a link to the source, ideally the site’s own terms, help page or announcement

We check every correction against the source before we change a fact, and the fact then shows its new checked date.

What can’t we help with?

RipsWorld does not run any of the pack-opening sites we list. We can’t see or change your account, balance, orders, buyback, withdrawals or shipments, and we can’t settle disputes with a site. For those, contact the site’s own support team. Each site review links to the site.

Please don’t send us passwords, card numbers, wallet keys or ID documents. We never need them.
