The Rip Room

The Rip Room lets you try pack opening without spending anything. Open a free demo pack, then use the EV calculator on a real pack before you buy it. Expected value (EV) is the average a pack returns per open, based on its odds and card values.

To use the calculator, enter the pack price, the odds of the chase card, the chase card’s value and the average value of the other pulls. If EV is below the pack price, you should expect to lose money over many opens. Demo packs use simulated values and don’t reflect any site’s real odds. Verified pulls and current codes appear here when we have them, and big pulls are not typical results. Pack opening involves chance, so set a budget before you rip for real.
